As Homura considers her options, the train begins slowing as it reaches another station. John looks up. No one has actually said they can't leave, and it doesn't look as if there's anyone guarding the doors...he wonders if it might really be that simple. This girl is determined to get off, and John doesn't begrudge her. But this is...well, he's still not sure what this is, but he has enough on his conscience without letting a young girl walk off into that by herself with no plan.
"Might be overthinking this." He notes, standing up, the dog doing likewise, looking up at his human. As the monorail stops, the door slide open, and John...walks out onto the platform. No alarms go off, no one tries to stop him, or tells him to get back on. The dog trots faithfully by his side, sitting back down on the platform once he's off.
